4. Payment Terms

5. Hardware and Software

Warranties

Hardware and software products sold by 1st Choice Point of Sale & Surveillance are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We facilitate warranty claims on your behalf but are not the direct warrantor of third-party products. Our POS touchscreen terminals are backed by an optional Overnight Exchange Warranty and up to 5 years of Accidental Damage protection. Surveillance systems include a 3-year limited manufacturer warranty.

Licensing

Software licenses provided as part of our solutions are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective software publishers. You agree to comply with all applicable software license agreements.

6. Installation and Project Services

1st Choice Point of Sale & Surveillance will perform installation and project services in a professional and workmanlike manner. You agree to provide reasonable access to your premises and cooperate with our technicians during installations. Any delays caused by your inability to provide access or required information may result in schedule changes and additional charges.

7. Support and Maintenance

Support and maintenance services are provided in accordance with your service agreement. Standard business hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. After-hours emergency remote support may be available as specified in your agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of 1st Choice Point of Sale & Surveillance or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any content from this website without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
